Tailored solutions designed for unique challenges

We design and fabricate special equipment for applications where a standard solution is not enough. Each project is developed from the real operating conditions, integrating engineering, fabrication and specialized technologies to respond to the specific requirements of each process.

When the process demands a tailored solution

Not every industrial challenge can be solved with catalog equipment. Equipment is special when its function, geometry, internals, connections, supports or site constraints do not correspond to a repeatable configuration.

We develop specific solutions for applications with particular operating, space, corrosion, geometry or integration conditions with existing systems.

Variables that define special equipment

Before the geometry comes the function. These variables determine what can be fabricated and with which system.

Process function it must fulfill
Determines the internal configuration of the equipment: agitation, decantation, washing, neutralization, separation or another.
Medium, concentration and temperature
Determines the barrier system and whether the case is solved in FRP, dual laminate or another material.
Geometry and available space
Determines the body shape, the breakdown into parts and whether the equipment is assembled in the shop or in the field.
Existing interfaces
Determines positions of connections, flanges and supports, which are usually non-negotiable in a replacement.
Loads, pressure and vacuum
Determines the structural design, the reinforcements and the need for simulation.
Transport, lifting and site access
Determines the maximum size of each part and the installation sequence.
