	VALUE	WHAT IS?
1.	Commitment	I perceive the targets of the company as my own, anticipating and overcoming obstacles that may interfere with its achievement. I accomplish the agreed tasks.
2.	Loyalty	I am true to the values and commandments of the company and the people who work here.
3.	Adaptability to change (Flexibility)	I quickly modify my way of working according to new customers and/or business conditions.
4.	Innovation	I devise new and different solutions to problems or scenarios requested by the company and/or clients.
5.	Interest in learning	I take care to acquire new skills and knowledge.

	COMMANDMENT	WHAT IS?
1.	Optimism	I see and judge things in their most favorable aspect, avoiding all kind of pessimism.
2.	Do not speak ill of our fellows	I avoid criticism or negative comments regarding my coworkers. Should it be constructive, I only do it if that person is present.
3.	Admit mistakes	I admit when I have been wrong and I take responsibility of those mistakes.
4.	Responsibility	I meet commitments. In case of difficulty to accomplish them, I give notice in advance.
5.	Austerity	I take care of my company resources. I use the right and necessary resources to meet the objectives.
6.	Passion for well done work	I appreciate the good work performed at once, with a high degree of commitment and self-imposed demand.
7.	Customer Orientation	I help and serve customers, I know and solve their problems. The customer can be internal or external.
8.	Teamwork	I collaborate and cooperate with others as part of a team working together. I keep an open mind to learn from others, including my peers and subordinates.
